Advantages

High performance configuration

 When combined with an intelligent vacuum system, low-energy X-rays can effectively excite light elements such as Si, P, S, Al, and Mg. XRF technology can be used for the analysis of important high-content elements like Cr, Ni, and Mo.

Automatic switching of various collimators and filters

 Four types of collimators—5mm, 3mm, 1mm, and 0.5mm—can be automatically switched by the software along with collimators and filters, saving time and effort. The optimal combination of collimator and filter, or detection without a filter, can be improved to enhance accuracy and precision.

Non-destructive testing

 It does not damage or affect the performance of the tested object, does not harm its internal structure, and causes no damage throughout the entire testing process.

Peltier cooling

 The advanced Peltier electric cooling method eliminates the need for liquid nitrogen, reducing equipment complexity and saving on labor and maintenance costs.

Data transmission

 USB, WiFi, wireless Bluetooth, and other data transmission methods.

Tradition

 Files can be in EXCEL, PDF, and other formats, and users can create customized test reports including the company logo, spectrum, and other sample information.

 Fully enclosed metal casing and leakage protection switch provide a more scientific design, coordinated software and hardware integration, electromechanical connections, and radiation safety compliant with the national standards GB18871-2002 and GBZ115-2002.
