The YANG 700W portable ppb-level trace X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is an analytical device launched by LANScientific Co., Ltd. It utilizes X-ray fluorescence technology and is equipped with multi-surface continuously curved crystals to effectively reduce scattering background interference. This ensures that the characteristic lines of the elements under test are clearly identified with extremely low background noise. The excited fluorescent X-rays are captured by high-resolution, high-sensitivity detectors to achieve precise and accurate test results.  

The YANG 700W is compact, portable, easy to use, fast, accurate, safe, and reliable, with simple sample preparation requirements. It can quickly perform quantitative and semi-quantitative multi-element trace analysis on liquids, suspensions, solids, and contaminants. Thanks to its flexibility, it is widely used both in the field and laboratory settings across many areas including materials science, environmental testing, biomedical applications, geological exploration, and scientific research.
