Printed Circuit Board (PCB)

Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
A Printed Circuit Board (PCB), also known as a printed wiring board or printed circuit card, serves as the support body for electronic components. Modern circuit boards primarily consist of components such as Pattern, Dielectric, Via/Through Hole, Solder Resist/Solder Mask, Indicator/Marking/Screen Printing, Surface Coating, and others. The primary purpose of PCB surface treatment is to ensure good solderability or electrical performance. Common processes include hot air leveling, organic coating (OSP), electrolytic nickel/immersion gold (ENIG), immersion silver, immersion tin, and electroplated nickel-gold. A coating thickness measurement device can quickly, efficiently, non-destructively, and accurately analyze the thickness and composition of PCB coatings in various forms.
