Cement Composition

 The quality of cement primarily depends on the mineral composition and structure of the clinker. The use of XRD to directly and quantitatively test the mineral phases of Portland cement clinker can further clarify the relationship between strength and mineral content, improving the level of cement quality control. Accurate measurement of the mineral composition not only provides a deeper understanding of the influence of raw material properties on clinker formation but also determines the effect of the kiln atmosphere and the heating process on the clinker formation process.
