Titanium Dioxide Rutile Conversion Rate

Controlling the lattice type and lattice ratio in titanium dioxide is of practical importance, as these factors have a significant impact on the quality of products in downstream applications such as coatings and plastics. X-ray diffractometers are widely used instruments for phase analysis of materials. Different materials have different structures and thus exhibit distinct diffraction spectra. Today, the lattice type of a material can be determined based on the characterized diffraction spectral lines of its crystal structure, while the crystal form of the material can be analyzed based on the peak intensities of the characterized diffraction peaks.
