Advantages

Real-Time Online Analysis

The system provides rapid analysis by obtaining composition data within 1 second per measurement, significantly improving detection efficiency. This makes it ideal for applications requiring instant feedback, such as steel melting and coal quality monitoring.

Second Level Analysis

A single laser pulse simultaneously measures multiple key elements covering important industrial composition requirements and provides robust support for comprehensive saltwater component analysis.

Non-Contact Measurement

The system performs direct analysis of flowing liquids through remote laser excitation, eliminating sample contamination and manual errors. It adapts to complex operating conditions such as high temperatures, high salinity, and strong corrosion, ensuring production continuity and data accuracy while also guaranteeing operator safety.

Multi-element Simultaneous Detection

This system enables direct real-time detection of both flowing and static liquids without the need for sample pretreatment, significantly improving production efficiency by replacing traditional offline laboratory analyses with real-time data streaming capabilities.

High Sensitivity and Accuracy

Equipped with advanced LIBS technology, the system offers element detection capability at the ppm level, enabling precise measurement of elemental composition to provide reliable data for production control and quality inspection.

User specific report

Users can customize test reports by adding company logos, spectral graphs, and other sample information, thereby enhancing both the personalization and professionalism of the reports.

Green and Safe

Since the detection process does not require chemical reagents, environmental impact is minimized. The equipment features explosion-proof, dustproof, and waterproof designs, meeting industrial safety standards to ensure the safety of both personnel and production.
