Analysis of silicone oil coating volume

The silicone coating weight refers to the weight of silicone oil coated per unit area of a material (such as paper, film, or release film), usually expressed in grams per square meter (g/m²). The silicone oil coating weight is an important index for measuring the quality of paper, film, and release films. It not only helps control production costs and improve product quality stability but also plays a crucial and decisive role in product development and production process optimization. Therefore, during production, the monitoring and management of silicone oil coating weight should be strengthened to ensure stable performance and reasonably control production costs. For this purpose, LANScientific has launched a high-performance analyzer designed to measure the amount of silicone oil coated on release papers and films. The Silicone Oil Coating Analyzer provides high-precision quantitative analysis within a measurement range of 0.01 g/m² to 50 g/m², offering detection accuracy up to 0.01 g/m². This instrument provides strong technical support for the precise control of silicone oil coating amounts.
